We applied the art of custom make tehnology software to monitor and data collection to test across the pumps operating range of requirments
Utilized our own custom designed PLC based automated pump testing software that allowing test parameter to be monitored and controlledfrom a central control test room thus maintaining specific operation and enable date from calibrated and precision electronic sensor to be collected and recorded for ease in determining the pump performance, hence pump test results can be attained, issued and witnessed by 3rd party immediately. You are most welcome to enquire our test facilities, rest assure and peace in mind on your new, repaired, service and refurbished pump unit to eliminates any down time and cost implication due to site dismantling and installation re-attempt process.
Inspections and tests can/shall be carried out in accordance with following standards :
– BOMBA MAL 2616 & SPAN Certification in collaboration with SIRIM QAS Inetrnation Sdn.Bhd.
– BS EN ISO 9906 : 2013 -“Rotodynamic Pump – Hydraulic performance acceptance test- Grade 1, 2 & 3.
– BS 5316 : 1977 Part II Class B – Acceptance criteria for “ Pump Performance Test”
– ANSI/HI 1.6 -1994 “America Nasional Standard For Centrifugal Pump Tests”
– API 610 11th Edition, API 674 Edition 2010 & API 675 Edition1994
